The coordinator from the South side is Yehenew Getachew, Jimma University, Ethiopia. The coordinator from the North side is Luc Duchateau, Ghent University, Belgium. The copromotors of the project are Eddie Schrevens (KUL, Belgium), Felipe De Mendiburu (UNALM, Peru), Guido Wyseure (KUL, Belgium) and Vladimiro Tobar (Cuenca Universoty, Ecuador).
